Understanding Tickets
Last updated: October 14, 2025
Overview
Tickets help you manage unexpected issues and track regular maintenance tasks. For example, a visitor might submit a ticket about a restroom needing hand towels. You can also schedule a monthly ticket for your electrician to check the building generator.
Tickets can hold valuable information, such as tracking assets, costs, and deadlines. They also allow internal team conversations and can send messages to vendors or end-users as comments.
As an admin, you can create tickets for incidents as well as schedule ones for preventative maintenance. Any aspect of a ticket can be edited by an admin. Other users have limited access to ticket fields.
