Understanding QR Codes
Last updated: October 14, 2025
Overview
QR codes will be located in various places for people to submit tickets for problems or fill out surveys.
You can scan the QR code by opening up your mobile device’s camera and pointing it at the code. The camera will read the code and give you the option of following a link.
The link will open either a survey to fill out or information for a ticket submission.
Surveys
Surveys will ask you to fill out a set of standard questions. When you submit your answers, the relevant parties will be notified and a record will be kept of your feedback.
Tickets
If a QR code is set up as a ticket, you will be able to select a category for the issue you are reporting and include additional information.

With tickets, you may have the chance to request update notifications before submitting. You can also manually check ticket statuses and may be able to send replies or comments to tickets.
