Check Ticket Status

Overview

Note: To check the status of a ticket, you must have entered an email address when submitting a ticket. If you did not provide an email address when filling out a ticket, you will not be able to view it later.

As long as you provide a contact email when you submit a ticket, you will receive an email with a link to view the ticket. This link can be used multiple times and renewed. You can also use the company login portal to access your ticket request history.

In this article, we’ll go over both methods of accessing your ticket to view its status.

 

Email Link

After submitting a ticket, you will receive an email with a link to the ticket. The email will look something like the image below. 

Clicking the link will open the ticket details in nodaFi. The Details tab at the top will show you the information about the ticket  You can look for the Status dropdown to see the status of the ticket.

Login Portal

If you know the company portal for nodaFi, you can open the website in any browser. Many times, the web portal is companyname.nodafi.com.

On the Sign in page, scroll down to the section Looking to check on a request you submitted? Click the Click here link. 

On the new page, enter the email address you used on the ticket as your contact email. Click Sign in with email

An email will be sent with an access code. Paste the code and nodaFi will open. 

Click the person icon in the top right. Select View request list

All submitted tickets tied to that email address will be displayed. You can use the magnifying glass icon to open a search bar and search by ticket ID, title, and description.

Click on a ticket to see more information about it.

 You can look for the Status dropdown to see the status of the ticket.
