Overview

Customers are third parties that might need access to tickets or have tickets assigned to them for billing purposes. Customers are often groups or organizations made up of individual members.

You can associate tickets with customers for reporting or to give customer members access to view tickets. Customers receive a login link for tickets assigned to them and can only view the tickets assigned to them.
