Overview

When setting up spaces, admins can decide if users are prompted to enter information to submit a ticket about the space or answer a survey. Surveys are an organized way to gather information from users and end-users.

Surveys are a great way to quickly gather information about a space from users or end-users. For example, you can use surveys for customer satisfaction polling or quick feedback on a visitor's experience.

Note: If you need recurring checks or procedures done for a space, it is recommended to use procedures. Procedures can be scheduled to make repeated and routine maintenance reminders automatic. For more information, see the article Understanding Procedures.
